Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. As a small business we can accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

Please read our policy before placing an order.


If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 3 business days at info@rudai.com.au. Please note, the item must be unworn.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or fault
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once received, we will confirm whether your item Is eligible for a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping

As a small business we don’t currently offer prepaid returns postage, but if the items. are eligible for a refund we will ensure this cost is refunded when we receive the item back with proof of the cost.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
