Damaged / faulty

Sizing issue (jumpers only)
If the sizing of your jumper is not suitable, we will happily exchange this for you. Please contact us within 3 business days at info@rudai.com.au. We recommend referring to the sizing charts before please your order.
Return Shipping
As a small business we don’t currently offer prepaid returns postage.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
